Hong Kong Schools and Institutions
If you are planning for an extensive stay in Hong Kong you may want to consider where to study or where to send your kids to school. The following is just a brief introduction to International Schools in Hong Kong as well as the Universities of the SAR.
Hong Kong International Schools
Hong Kong has many international schools. Among them the more famous one is the Hong Kong International School (HKIS).
The Hong Kong International School (HKIS) is a private school in Hong Kong, China. The school was founded in 1966 by a group of local American businessmen. Only a year later, the cornerstone was lain on the school's first building.
Nestled into the rolling hills overlooking Repulse Bay, it housed 120 students. The Western Association of Schools and Colleges has continuously accredited Hong Kong International School since 1971. Over time it has established itself as, perhaps, the most popular international school in Hong Kong.
