Facing to the Grand Ballroom, the 4 multi-purpose function rooms can be used individually or together for functions of 16 to 250 people. These function rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art audio visual systems. Other equipment can be provided by prior arrangement.

Sky Lounge

Situated on the top floor, the Sky Lounge overlooks the spectacular Victoria skyline. Dark wood paneling, deep green and white decoration create a distinguished, yet amiable club room filled with European elegance. Cocktail drinks and snacks are served accompanied by soft music.

The imposing pillarless Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 360 people for banquets, 450 for cocktail receptions and can be adapted for any other function. Lit by spectacular chandeliers, the Grand Ballroom can be divided into two to suit any requirement.

Cafe Serena

Cafe Serena offers a more casual atmosphere featuring international delicacies at popular prices. Along with its comprehensive a la carte menu which includes both western and Chinese specialties, the restaurant also serves a lavish buffet for breakfast, luncheon and dinner, alongside with snacks throughout the afternoon and late evening. The restaurant has an airy openness to it - with views of both Victoria Harbour and the hotel's atrium lobby and floor below. 6 am - 12 midnight

The Chinese flavour is accentuated at Toh Lee. The traditional setting of green slate walkway, teak carved screens, and 2 rows of pillars along the walkway welcome you to this popular restaurant. The finest Cantonese fare is served here with its famous specialties like shark's fin, abalone, scallops and seafood. Luncheon features dim sum too. For private parties, five function rooms are available.
