Food, Drink and Entertainment
The Langham Hotel, Hong Kong features an extensive array of high quality restaurants which accent Cantonese, Western and international cuisine.
T'ang Court The Tang Dynasty was often characterised as the Golden Age in Chinese history and this is reflected in the lavish décor of the Langham Hotel, Hong Kong's signature restaurant. Located on the first floor, T'ang Court serves a wide selection of authentic Cantonese culinary masterpieces and delicacies. It is named by the US based ''Hotels'' magazine as one of the Ten Great Hotel Restaurants in August 2002. Besides, the restaurant received a Gold Medal in Hong Kong 's Best of the Best Culinary Awards 2001, organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, in the Chinese Seafood Category. Also in its first issue of 2001, Travel & Leisure listed T'ang Court as one of only ten restaurants worldwide on its annual Hot List of the World 's 100 Fabulous Places and Things for 2001.
Graceful silks with gold accents and contemporary sculptures adorn the walls while a dramatic spiral staircase leads up to five private dining rooms which have been named after famous Tang Dynasty poets – Tai Bai, Le Tian, Zi Shou, Bai Yu and Zi Mei.

The Bostonian Restaurant This well-established American restaurant has been a Hong Kong favourite for well over a decade. Located at the Lower Lobby Level, The Bostonian has an excellent reputation for its lively atmosphere and superb fresh seafood such as Boston lobsters served in real American style, as well as its extensive wine list.
The Bostonian restaurant offers top quality seafood served in ''serious'' American portions. There is a daily set lunch and a Sunday Seafood Brunch with an accent on all kinds of fish and shellfish, plus freshly shucked oysters.

Located on the Upper Lobby Level, Sun's Café presents an atmosphere that is conducive to all-day informal dining, with lighting adjusted to suit different moods throughout the day. The Café offers a comprehensive menu of international dishes that caters to every taste, as well as a buffet which presents a selection of hot and cold local and international favourites served from an integrated display kitchen.
A different buffet is presented for breakfast, lunch and dinner while a tea buffet is available Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Monday - Friday: 6:30 am – 2:30 pm & 5:30 pm – 12:00 midnight
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday: 6:30 am – 1:00 am

Gilt iron screens with rich fabrics divide the Lounge into smaller private spaces; live string and jazz performances in the afternoon and evening lend a distinguished atmosphere.
Every afternoon, the Palm Court also hosts a nostalgic Langham Afternoon Tea, while a superb selection of coffee, tea, liqueurs and special cocktails are also served.
Tsar Bar Part of the Palm Court is the Tsar Bar, which offers a dedicated and extensive vodka menu, covering more than 40 different vodka cocktails and based on several different vodka labels. Complimentary evening canapés are also served daily.

Excellent location.
Good food.
Relatively spacious rooms.
Noisy, it is an older building with single glass windows.
Slowly the Langham is up for a big renovation which has recently been started at some of the lower floors. Hopefully the renovation includes double glazing which would make the rooms much more quiet and comfortable. Apart from this it is a nice hotel, superb location (5 minutes to Star Ferry, Ocean shopping centre, MTR and Nathan Road).

Disappointing for a five-star hotel.
Not even king-sized bed in a double room, which is unbelievable.
Travel tip : Close to malls and high-end boutiques.
