I like the hotel location for overall but the quality of the room compare to pricing and value is not that good to stay in this hotel. I stay for 2nights the first night I was check in at 2a.m. of 8nov and asking for late check out at 3p.m.of 10nov but the front staff not allow so i ask him to ask his manager but he not giving any explanation to his manager and he said no again which that ok for me but nomore at this hotel because just only kindness from the hotel to hotel customer he couldn't give to.
Hotel location is in the city center of kowloon and MTR is under the hotel
the hotel is a little too old and front staff at evening shift is not really friendly

The location of the hotel is very convenient since MTR is located right under it. There are also many shops near the hotel where you could do last minute shopping. The hotel itself has a mall. Since it's located along Nathan road, you can just do liesure walking and you will find a long stretch of stores. Famous fast food chains and coffee shops are located near the hotel so no problem about getting a quick bite! The availability of a taxi 24 hours was also very convenient. Since we were travelling with our son and our flight back required us to be in the airport at the wee hours of the morning, having a taxi to take us there was very convenient.
Location
The signage of the hotel should be more prominent.

Very convenient location being just above of Jordan MTR Station.
We had a nice stay in the hotel as the hotel staff we had encountered were all helpful (particularly the security personnel & bellmen). We brought our stroller along and as it doesn't fit into the width of the escalator, they allowed us to use the staff lifts that leads directly to our room.
We will definitely be a return guests and recommend others to stay in this hotel.
1) Location, convenience - few blocks away from shopping & nice eateries (e.g. Grandville, Temple St. Market, etc).
2)Rooms - clean, good size room. Housekeeping was detailed in making up room.
3)Friendly staff.
Small width-sized escalator leading to reception desk.
